India’s WE School is a private business school having campuses in Bangalore and Mumbai. The older centre is Mumbai. An Indian business school is called Prin. L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research, or WeSchool. Managed by the Maharashtra-based charitable trust Shikshan Prasarak Mandali, Pune. Postgraduate diplomas in management in retail, family-managed business, business design and innovation, rural management, healthcare management, media and entertainment management, and e-business are among the programmes it provides. It was founded in 1977. WeSchool, Bangalore offers three full-time courses: PGDM, PGDM-E Biz, and PGDM-Business Design & Innovation. The school was founded in 2008 at Electronic City Phase 1.

WeSchool offers post-graduation programmes in business management, e-business, retail, healthcare, rural management, business design and innovation, and family-managed businesses. It has also formed collaborations with several industries and foreign universities. The ‘AICTE -CII best industry-linked management institute’ award was given to WeSchool in 2015.

The PGDM course requires a bachelor’s degree with a minimum graduation percentage of 50%. Additionally, for the year mentioned in the advertisement, students were supposed to have taken the CAT offered by the IIMs, as well as XAT (2023), ATMA 2023, CMAT 2023, and GMAT (beginning in 2020).

Entrance Exam required for admission to PGDM?

Yes, entrance exams are required for PGDM admissions such as CAT, CMAT, ATMA, GMAT, and XAT.

tfw scheme

  1. Under the TFW Scheme, seats up to a maximum of 5% of the approved intake each course are available.
  2. The combined annual income of the candidate’s parents should not be more than Rs. 8.00 Lakh. The Tehsildar office’s income certificate, which is good until March 2025, should be used to substantiate this.
  3. The Waiver is solely applicable to the tuition fee.
  4. Except for the tuition price, all other costs are the beneficiary’s responsibility.
  5. The candidates accepted under this plan are not permitted to switch campuses or courses at any point.
