Cancellations & Refund

As a general rule, all sales made on Fundamakers.com or any of its sub-domains are final once an order confirmation is sent from our side. So no cancellations are allowed therein.
As a standard practice, there is no refund policy for Online courses sold on Fundamakers.com or any of its sub-domains. However, in certain cases, Money Back Guarantee is advertised on the individual course pages. FundaMakers.com will abide by such commitments, as applicable on the day of purchase.
Further, only in certain special circumstance(s) as listed below, a customer may claim refund:

• Duplicate Purchase: If an individual purchases a course twice by mistake, the intimation regarding the same may be provided within 2 days of purchase. After due satisfactory diligence, the refund may be initiated.
  

• Wrong course Purchase: A students may claim refund in case of wrong selection of course while making the payment. In such a scenario, the information regarding the same may be provided within 24 hours of purchase. Further, the course fee in such case may only be adjusted against another course(s) fee and not settled in cash.
  

In case of any exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, the buyer may write to lucknow@fundamakers.com to explain applicable reasons. However, it will be our sole discretion to hear and admit the request basis prevailing circumstance(s).
To initiate a Refund, if applicable, customer can contact us at fundamakers.lko@gmail.com or lucknow@fundamakers.com. The refund will be processed subject to deduction of Promotional Discounts/Cash backs, GST/other taxes, administrative charges etc.
This Refund Policy is a part of, and incorporated within, the Terms of Use. As a condition of registering with fundamakers.com and using the services offered through this Website, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund Policy and you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If at any time you disagree with this Refund Policy or any part of it, your sole remedy is to cease use of all fundamakers.com services and terminate your account. However, any transactions occurring prior to the date of such termination shall be governed and controlled in full by the terms of this Refund Policy.
