OVERVIEW

The admission process for the Integrated Program in Management (IPM) at NALSAR University of Law is designed to select candidates based on a holistic evaluation of their academic performance and aptitude. Below are the detailed admission criteria:

Admission Process:
  1. Entrance Test Score:

    • Candidates must take one of the following entrance exams:
      • IPMAT (Indore)
      • NMET (UG)
    • If a candidate appears for both exams, they may submit scores for both, and the university will consider the better score for evaluation.
  2. Personal Interview (PI): Shortlisted candidates will undergo a Personal Interview, which assesses their communication skills, clarity of goals, and overall suitability for the program.

  3. Academic Performance: Marks obtained in 10+2 or equivalent exams will also be considered in the selection process, ensuring candidates have a strong academic foundation.

All India Category:

  • Minimum 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board.

Resident Students of Telangana:

  • Must fulfill the All India Category requirements.

  • Additional conditions:

    • Should have studied in Telangana for four consecutive years before appearing for the qualifying exam (10+2).

    • Alternatively, should have resided in Telangana for at least four years out of the previous seven years and completed the qualifying exam in Telangana.

NRI Category:

  • Must have passed an exam recognized by the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi, as equivalent to Higher Secondary Examination (10+2).

  • Minimum 60% aggregate marks required.

  • Age limit: Not more than 25 years as of July 1, 2025.

 

Selection Process for Integrated Program at NALSAR

Shortlisting for Personal Interview (PI):

  • Candidates will be shortlisted for the Personal Interview based on their performance in the entrance test (IPMAT or NMET).

  • If a candidate appears for both tests, the better score will be considered for shortlisting.
