Located in Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir, India, the Indian Institute of Management Jammu (IIM Jammu) is a public, independent business school. It is the newest Indian Institute of Management, having opened for business in 2016. According to the Indian Institutes of Management Act of 2017, IIM Jammu is currently (DBA) in Management. In 2019, 240 students will be enrolled in the Masters of Business Administration (MBA) curriculum.
The Ministry of Human Resource Development founded the 20th Indian Institute of Management, or IIM Jammu. On October 13, 2016, the Union Cabinet, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, gave its assent for its establishment. The CAT 2023 exam result is taken into account in a step-by-step manner as part of the IIM Jammu 2024 admissions criteria in order to shortlist candidates for a personal interview, which is followed by the Supplementary Admission Process (SAP).
Common Aptitude Test, or CAT Exam:
Shortlisted candidates for the process of personal interviews (PIs)
PI method: The Common Admission Process (CAP 2024 method) will be used by the nine IIMs (IIM Jammu, IIM Bodhgaya, IIM Kashipur, IIM Raipur, IIM Ranchi, IIM Sambalpur, IIM Sirmaur, IIM Trichy, and IIM Udaipur) to conduct Personal Interviews (PIs).
For candidates who match the IIM Jammu PI shortlisting requirements but not the CAP 2024 cut-off criteria, IIM Jammu will hold an extra Supplementary Admission Process (SAP 2024).
According to the Common Admission Process 2024, the IIM Jammu CAT cut-off percentile marks for shortlisting for the Personal Interview (PI) process in the three parts and the overall CAT percentile for various student categories are provided below:

Criteria for preparing the merit list:
The following was added to the score, and that score served as the basis for creating the merit list:
- CAT Score: 0.4 × Absolute CAT Percentile
- Personal Interview (PI): 30 Marks
- Profile: 30 Marks

CAT 2023 score will be used by IIM Jammu. A candidate may receive up to 40 points.
