The role of a sales manager is to organise, direct, and oversee an organization’s selling efforts. There are very few, if any, positions in an organisation that are more crucial than others because sales is the only activity that brings in money on its own; all other activities merely serve to support this revenue-generating role. In summary, a company’s ability to effectively manage its sales department determines whether it succeeds or fails in the end. In this session, we have attempted to illustrate the dynamic nature of the selling process and the importance of flexibility in sales management. The needs of sales executives have been considered in the creation of the training. The program’s objective is to provide marketing ideas for creating successful sales management plans.

Eligibility Criteria

- For participants from abroad: a degree, or an equivalent one, from any accredited university or other recognised institution in their own nation.
- Professionals in the workforce with at least 15 years of experience as of August 2, 2024. a strong urge to reflect and delve within in order to find solutions to problems that arise from the inside out.
