The Executive MBA is a rigorous two-year postgraduate curriculum in management that is only available to professionals in middle and upper management positions. This is a specialised programme designed to provide working executives with the information and abilities they need to thrive in the cutthroat, globally competitive business world of today. There will be mixed mode participation in the programme (online and offline). The classroom instruction and campus immersion course at the IIM Kashipur campus make up the offline mode. Programme Length: One Year vs. Two Years
We offer the Executive Post Graduate Certificate in General Management to executives who would like to complete a one-year certificate study. While the program’s learning objectives are comparable to those of the Executive MBA programme, it does not include the elective courses that are part of the Executive MBA course structure.
Eligibility Criteria
The candidate must have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree duly recognized by UGC/AIU with minimum aggregate marks of 50% for General, 47% for NC-OBC, and 45% for SC/ST/DAP
- Minimum 3 years of Managerial/ Entrepreneurial/ Professional experience after Graduation
Selection Process
The Institute looks for people with a variety of backgrounds and interests from a range of governmental organisations, businesses, and other professional disciplines. The decision will be made using
- A valid CAT/GMAT score (last two years) or Marks acquired in Executive Management Aptitude Test (EMAT) conducted by IIM Kashipur and
- The way each candidate conducted themselves during the in-person interview.
The final merit list will be created using the following criteria: academic standing, work experience, personal interview, and CAT, GMAT, and EMAT scores. The final merit list is used to determine admission offers.
