All qualified applicants who have finished the Stage 1 registration process for admission to IIM Indore are eligible to participate in the Stage 2 process, and it is up to them to decide which individuals will be contacted for a personal interview (PI). The aggregate index score (AIS) will be used to determine whether students in each category make the short list. The CAT exam results, Class 10 and Class 12 work experience, and the gender and educational diversity requirements are used to determine the AIS.

Those who made the short list must show up for a personal interview (PI). The panel will assess each candidate’s professional experience, public awareness and social attitudes, personality and communication, academic efforts and attitude, approach, and work quality during the Pl process.
The quality of schooling, professional certificates, and professional qualifications are taken into account while calculating the resume score. Following the completion of the personal interview procedure, the final score will be determined by combining the results of the resume, the personal interview, and the CAT 2024 exam.
