The process is very dynamic and will take place in the following stages:
Group Evaluation
Group Exercise: Candidates are tested on their abilities to reach a consensus, communicate effectively, and operate as a team during this exercise. It also evaluates candidates’ intellectual coherence and familiarity with contemporary practices.
Personal Evaluation
Written Ability Test: This test evaluates candidates’ ability to express themselves creatively and effectively.
Personal Interview: In a personal interview, the candidate and the panellist speak with one another alone. It aids the panellist in doing a thorough evaluation of the candidates and evaluates their ability to communicate and fit into the culture.
SIBM Pune has won awards for consistently being at the forefront of innovation. SIBM Pune has been bringing new elements to the admissions process every year. This year, we introduced gamified examinations, which are an entertaining and social selection of industry-relevant games that will test candidates’ cognitive and coordination abilities. In 2021, handwriting analysis will be tested, followed by behavioural analytics in 2022.

SNAP Cut Off 2023
The admission test required for the various MBA programmes offered by the 16 constituent colleges is the Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP). Every year, Symbiosis International University administers the test to more than one lakh candidates. With 1.44 lakh registrations, students actually set a record for participation in 2023.
