Let us now talk about different strategies for each section and then focus on overall strategies to crack SNAP in very first attempt.

General English (Reading Comprehension, Verbal Reasoning, Verbal Ability)

The General English section of SNAP is further divided into three sub-sections, reading comprehension, verbal reasoning and verbal ability. This section helps in analyzing your command on English. Starting from basic to your reading speed, this section has questions to judge every parameter.
The Myth about this section is that you can prepare for this section just a few days before the exam.
The reality is you need to read on an everyday basis to make sure you have a 250-450 wpm reading speed and your vocabulary is enriched on daily basis. “READING” – is your key to success in this section.

Analytical & Logical Reasoning for SNAP

The good news is in this section we have only MCQ questions. All the questions in this section are under the topics like bars and pie graphs, visual reasoning, cause and effects, coding and decoding, puzzles, etc.
A simple question: Can you prepare well for a section where puzzles are asked?
The answer is “NO”. Your success mantra to score well in this section is “PRACTICE”. If you practice the right questions under the right guidance you can crack this section with flying colors.

Quantitative, Data Interpretation and Data Sufficiency

Among all the management entrance exams SNAP is the paper where you can expect some calculative questions. The Quantitative, Data Interpretation and Data Sufficiency section in the SNAP Paper is about quick calculation.
Myth: Mug up all the formulas and theorems to excel in this section.
Answer: No, try to understand this, remembering formulas and theorems is a need but having knowledge of where to apply it is a necessity.
