The Integrated Program in Management (IPM) is designed to instill management principles in young professionals early in their academic journey. It follows a globally benchmarked, integrative, and multidisciplinary curriculum, employing an innovative and inclusive teaching approach. This five-year, full-time program strategically combines analytical, social sciences, humanities, management, and skill-based courses. Upon successfully meeting the academic requirements, students are awarded both a BBA and an MBA degree at the end of the program.
Course Structure Overview
A summary of the courses offered in the first three years of the program is outlined below. These courses are categorized into six key domains:
- Foundation in Social Sciences (FSS):
- Provides an understanding of various perspectives within Social Sciences and their significance as a discipline.
- Foundation in Management (FM):
- Introduces students to the fundamentals of Management Sciences and different approaches within the field.
- Foundation in Analytics and Data Sciences (FADS):
- Focuses on applying mathematical and analytical techniques to solve real-world problems and enhance employability skills.
- Foundation in Humanities and Performing Arts (FHPA):
- Develops communication, presentation, language proficiency, creativity, and a broad, well-rounded perspective.
- Skill-based Workshops (SBW):
- Equips students with essential technical and behavioral skills needed to succeed in dynamic business environments.
- Social Internships and Live Projects (SILP):
- Provides hands-on industry exposure through internships and real-world projects.

For Years 4 and 5, students will transition into the MBA program at TAPMI, following the MBA course structure.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Must have passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination from a recognized board.
- A minimum of 60% aggregate marks is required.
- Candidates should have completed 10+2 in 2022, 2023, or be appearing in 2024 (subject to meeting the minimum eligibility criteria after results are declared).
- Class 10th Requirement:
- A minimum of 60% aggregate marks in the 10th standard is mandatory.
- Subject Requirement:
- English must be a compulsory subject in the HSC (10+2) examination.
- Entrance Exam Requirement:
- Candidates must have appeared in one of the following entrance tests in either the current or previous academic year:
- IPMAT (Integrated Program in Management Aptitude Test) conducted by IIM Indore OR
- JIPMAT (Joint Integrated Program in Management Admission Test) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

Admission Process
1. Shortlisting Criteria:
- Candidates will be notified via their registered email if shortlisted.
- Shortlisted candidates must attend an online interview and micro-presentation (total duration: 20-25 minutes).
2. Final Selection Factors:
Selection for admission is based on the following:
- Academic performance (Class 10 & 12) and English proficiency
- Performance in entrance exams: IPMAT, JEE, SAT, CLAT, MET
- Personal Interview
- Micro-presentation
- Extracurricular achievements
- Gender diversity considerations
3. Application Fee (Non-Refundable):
- INR 600 (inclusive of taxes)
- Additional processing fees may apply as per bank/payment gateway rules
4. Important Notes:
- Applications must be submitted online; hardcopy submissions are not accepted.
- Payment can be made via UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking.
- The admission process is subject to changes based on future developments.
- Disputes related to admission fall under the jurisdiction of Udupi.
- The institute only uses entrance exam scores for shortlisting; the conducting bodies do not influence the selection process.
- No Management Quota is available for admissions.
- Single application form and one-time application fee (INR 600) applies for both BBA (Hons.) and IPM programs.
5. Tuition Fees:
- INR 5 Lakhs per year
- Total fee for 5 years: INR 25 Lakhs
6. Caution Deposit:
- INR 40,000 (refundable) to be paid in the first year
