About IIM Rohtak IPMAT Program
The Five-Year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) is designed for students who have completed their class XII and aspire to build a career in Business Management. This all-encompassing program integrates undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) management studies. Its goal is to shape exceptional young individuals into future managers and leaders. After completing the rigorous 5-year academic journey, participants will receive an Integrated Programme in Management (BBA+MBA) degree from IIM Rohtak.
To be eligible for the final two years of the program and earn the master’s degree, students must maintain a minimum CGPA of 5.0 by the end of their third year. Students with a CGPA between 4.0 and 5.0 will receive a BBA degree and exit the program. Additionally, any student wishing to leave the program after meeting the third-year requirements can exit with a BBA degree, provided they notify the administration within the specified time.
The program spans 15 terms over 5 years, with each academic year consisting of three terms, each lasting about three months. It is divided into two phases: the first phase focuses on foundational courses, while the second phase emphasizes management studies. Students will also complete internships at the end of each academic year.
Curriculum
The curriculum is structured around four main areas: Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, and Humanities. In addition to these, courses like Business Communication, Management Information Systems, Business, and Foreign Languages are also included. The courses offered in the 4th and 5th years at the postgraduate level will align with the PGP curriculum.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- General, NC-OBC, and EWS Categories: At least 60% in both Class X/SSC and Class XII/HSC or equivalent exams, with a maximum age of 20 years as of June 30, 2024.
- SC, ST, and PWD (DAP) Categories: At least 55% in both Class X/SSC and Class XII/HSC or equivalent exams, with a maximum age of 20 years as of June 30, 2024.
Selection Procedure
Stage I: Online Registration
(i) Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above will complete the registration form, which assesses their academic skills as well as involvement in extra-curricular activities.
(ii) Eligible applicants will be required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 4500/- (Four thousand five hundred only).
Stage II: IPM Aptitude Test (IPM AT 2024)
(i) All interested applicants will take the IPM Aptitude Test conducted by IIM Rohtak, which will assess their aptitude, logical reasoning abilities, and proficiency in English.

Note: Each question will carry 4 marks. There will be a negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong answer. All the questions will be multiple-choice questions.
Stage III: Shortlisting and Personal Interview (PI)
(i) Applicants who meet the minimum eligibility criteria and perform well in the IPM AT 2024 will be shortlisted and invited for a Personal Interview.
(ii) The list of candidates selected for the Personal Interviews will be announced in the first week of June 2024 (tentative).
(iii) During the Personal Interview, candidates will be evaluated based on their academic background, general awareness, and communication skills.
Stage IV: Announcement of Selection List
(i) The Final Merit List will be prepared based on the composite score, which includes the IPMAT exam, academic performance, and Personal Interview results.
(ii) Admission offers will be made solely based on the merit/rank list and the availability of seats in each category (General, EWS, NC-OBC, SC, ST, & DAP) in accordance with the Government of India’s reservation policies.
